Very good service and pricing, both at the source and destination. I booked the door to door cargo service from Dubai to Kochi. The picking team was excellent, the way they dismantled and packed the furniture and stuffs. Even though there was a delay because of the vessel issue, Mr Faheed managed to get my cargo released on 2nd day of the cargo arrival here at Kochi. He also got me in touch with Mr Mithun, an ex Centrepoint furniture expert, who perfectly fixed my furniture in my flat in Kochi. I’m excited to share my recent experience with Al Usood Cargo. After living in the UAE for over 18 years, I relocated to India with a new job. I contacted Al Usood Cargo in late September to help with the move. Their team arrived on time to inspect my villa and explained the entire process in detail. Initially, I thought my belongings would fit in one jumbo box, but their inspector confidently advised that I would need two. I didn’t compare prices with other vendors, so I can’t comment on that aspect, but I am thoroughly pleased with their service. My two jumbo boxes arrived safely after 24 days. Thank you, Al Usood Cargo, for safely bringing my belongings to Kochi, Kerala. The customs clearance and home delivery were perfectly handled and right on time. There was a slight delay in the door-to-door delivery due to a hold-up with the customs payment portal, which is beyond Al Usood’s control.

Staff at Sharjah office did excellent job as far as assessment , packing, shipping etc.. are concerned.
